Why RADIAITE exists
RADIAITE was founded by Christopher Mierbach as an AI agency for nonprofits because he realized: too many nonprofits were stuck. He focuses on helping nonprofits and impact-driven organizations apply artificial intelligence in a practical and accessible way.
Everyone talks about AI. But for most NGOs, it feels out of reach. The big consultancies are too expensive. The tech world speaks a different language. And internal teams are already stretched thin.
We started RADIAITE to change that. Practical AI solutions, delivered with radical clarity. For organizations that create real impact, without enterprise price tags or year-long projects.

Founded by a practitioner
Founded by practitioner Christopher Mierbach, RADIAITE is led by someone with 15 years of experience in operational leadership, international team management, enterprise system implementation, and organizational change.
Christopher Mierbach is the founder and CEO of RADIAITE and a Microsoft Certified AI Engineer specializing in practical AI solutions for nonprofits.
He has worked at the intersection of operations and technology, bridging the gap between strategic ideas and real-world execution.
Today, his focus is on building AI systems that are practical, implementable, and effective for nonprofit and impact-driven organizations.
