- Storage duration: General interaction data is deleted within 90 days. Follow-up data is retained only as long as necessary or until you object. Legal obligations may extend retention.
- Security measures: WhatsApp uses end-to-end encryption. We additionally apply restricted access, pseudonymization, and encrypted storage in EU data centers.
- Voluntary use: Using WhatsApp is entirely voluntary. You may also contact us by email, phone, or via our website’s contact form.
